Set against the ramparts of the Skala, Il Mare opens its rooms and panoramic terraces above the Atlantic, facing the island of Mogador. Fish and seafood lead — as far as the seafood platter and the lobster — alongside Mediterranean dishes and wood-fired pizzas. Lunch is served above the ocean; in late afternoon the rooftop lounge takes over, and in the evening live music, often Gnaoua towards the weekend, gives the room a livelier rhythm.
