LIVEssaouira is an editorial guide to Essaouira: a selection of the town's places, activities and events, written and kept by its publisher, Salim Hamidi.

It is free to use. Reading LIVEssaouira costs nothing and asks nothing of you.

LIVEssaouira sells nothing, books nothing and takes no payment. It is not an intermediary between you and a place.

Booking a table, ordering, paying: that happens with the place, directly. Its contact details are on its record, and what follows is between you and them.

The information published here — opening hours, addresses, phone numbers, event dates — is given in good faith, to the best of what the publisher knows at the time of writing.

It can be inaccurate or out of date: hours change, places close, events move. Before you set out, check with the place.

Spotted something wrong? Write to contact@livessaouira.com: that is how it gets fixed.

The places and events in LIVEssaouira are there by editorial choice. The publisher decides what comes in, what stays and what goes.

No payment buys a place in the selection, a better position, or a highlight.

• Personal use: reading, searching, keeping favourites, sending a place to someone.
• No bulk extraction of the content — no automated copying of the records, the texts or the photographs.

The texts of LIVEssaouira, its voice and its selection of places are the publisher's own work.

The names and photographs of the places named remain the property of their owners.
